Are you longing for fewer flare-ups, more steady energy, and digestion that feels easier to manage?

You may have spent years trying to explain your symptoms - feeling unheard, unsure what to try next, or dissatisfied with the support available. Perhaps you’ve received a diagnosis, but the support options offered don’t quite feel right for you.

You’ve tried different diets, cut out foods you enjoy, and still deal with flare-ups, bloating, or unpredictable digestion.

It’s natural to want a more sustainable way to feel good in your body again.

There's a gentler way forward...

Managing endometriosis doesn’t have to mean strict food rules or constant restriction.

With the right support, it’s possible to better understand your symptoms and make changes that feel realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

Meet Laura

Hi, I’m Laura, a Registered Dietitian and founder of The Endometriosis Dietitian, an online nutrition practice specialising in endometriosis and IBS.

For over 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women to better understand their symptoms and feel more confident and in control of their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

As a women’s health and FODMAP-trained dietitian, and someone who lives with endometriosis and IBS myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate chronic symptoms and conflicting advice.

My approach is practical, personalised, and non-restrictive. I take the time to understand your health history, symptoms, and goals so we can create a plan that feels realistic, flexible, and supportive of your body.

I’d love to support you in finding clarity and confidence with endometriosis.

Kind words from women I've supported

Aimee, UK

"Laura's Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation changed my life. Following my endometriosis diagnosis, I decided to book with Laura because of her expertise and personal experience in this area.

Laura immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner. She listened deeply to my concerns and tailored her advice accordingly to create a delicious personalised meal plan, which is unrestrictive and affordable. I've loved the meals and loved the results even more. I've seen significant improvements in my symptoms, notably fatigue, bloating, gas, bladder pain, and bowel dysfunction. I'm no longer tempted by squash or other food triggers: it's not worth the pain or shame!

I'm due to undergo endometriosis excision surgery within the next 3 months. The diet and lifestyle changes I've made following Laura's mentorship have helped me to get my body as strong as it can be for recovery.

My only regret is that I didn't work with Laura sooner - it would have saved me over 20 years of painful and embarrassing symptoms".
