Hi, I’m Laura, The Endometriosis Dietitian

If you’re reading this, chances are you know what it’s like to feel dismissed, told your pain is “just a bad period,” or left wondering why nothing seems to help. I do too. I’m Laura, a UK Registered Dietitian – and I live with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and IBS myself.

A dietitian who’s been where you are

I understand the frustration of trying restrictive diets that promise relief but leave you more exhausted and confused. That experience shapes how I work, with compassion, evidence, and zero judgement.

As a women’s health and FODMAP-trained dietitian, I help women reduce bloating, ease flare-ups, and feel more confident in their bodies – without strict rules or extreme restriction. My focus is always on what’s sustainable for you.

A calm, no-pressure chat to map what’s going on and decide your best next step.

My background and qualifications

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a PgDip in Dietetics, an MSc in Public Health Nutrition, and a BSc in Health Sciences. I’m registered with the HCPC and the BDA, and have over 15 years’ experience in the field. I’m also FODMAP-trained, with specific training in endometriosis, PMOS, and fertility nutrition, and I now focus on supporting women through personalised, evidence-based nutrition.

A bit more about me

  • I love all foods (sardines and Marmite being the exception!). I believe every food has a place – it’s about variety and balance, not restriction, and nourishing both body and mind.
  • I lived in Sydney for 10 years, which did nothing to cure my fear of spiders!
  • I love spending time outdoors, preferably with my husband and two kids – walking in nature is my reset button and instant mood boost.
  • I love exploring new places, trying new foods, and meeting new people along the way.
  • I grew up on a farm in Scotland, and I’d love to have a little farm of my own. one day – vegetables, herbs, fruit trees, and maybe a couple of goats.
  • I have two cats, Ruby and Roxy, who supervise most of my work from home.
